Telegram Bot
Connect your Telegram bot to chat with customers
How to set up your Telegram bot:
- Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
- Send
/newbotto create a new bot - Follow the instructions to set up your bot name and username
- Copy the bot token provided by BotFather
- Paste the token below and click "Connect Bot"
Instagram DM
Connect Instagram to receive and reply to customer messages
Before you connect:
- Make sure your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account
- Link the Instagram account to a Facebook Page
- Grant the requested permissions during Facebook login
Facebook Messenger
Connect your Facebook Page to chat with customers
Before you connect:
- Make sure you have admin access to a Facebook Page
- Allow required permissions during Facebook login
- Messenger for the Page should be enabled
